Hanoi Lakeside Premium Hotel & Travel

I mean, where's the hot water? I almost gave a glowing review, but then i remembered how i was expected to be grateful. An upgrade woudl ve been nice. Just saying.

Very comfy bed in the family room, plus free wireless internet access and a balcony. Ample bathroom with a walk-in shower; very friendly staff...

Perfect place for exploring Hanoi. Fabulous food, impeccable service and pleasant view of the lake. Large and fashionable unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators. Really helpful staff in the whole hotel. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

I had a good time at Lakeside Premium Hotel. Amazing location near all the cool spots like Fountain Square and Dong Xuan Market. The staff helped with a kettle after mine didn't work. Just a heads up, the lake view isn't really a thing, a bummer.

Our room was new-fashioned and tidy, had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Clean, wonderful hotel with great location in the matter of location- could n't be better- right next to hoan kiem lake. Fairly quiet and gorgeous room and good bathroom with a shower, hairdryers and robes. Exceptionally comfortable beds and very nice staff. Fantastic stay, as always.

the staff arranged a joyful trip to Ninh Binh for me. no shaver provided in room.

The proximity allowed us easy access to the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre, which the kids loved! Plus, the staff made everything easier for our family of four.

My kids wished for a bit more variety in their breakfast options.

The Lakeside Premium Hotel & Travel offered excellent service throughout my stay. The check-in process was quick and efficient, ensuring that I could settle in and get to work immediately. The location was a significant advantage, with various dining options within walking distance. The room had a powerful shower, a welcome refresh after long hours of meetings.

The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll from the bustling Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Especially Ms. Moon and Mr Thinh, were helpful, assisting with my travel plans. My room on the top floor had a lovely terrace, perfectly catching the morning sun, and the shower had fantastic pressure.

Ideal stay for families

The staff was really helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage when we took a trip, very convenient,, and the location was just perfect! Lots of places to eat and shop, right in the center. The family room was efficient, felt cozy with its balcony, really nice touch.

Wasn't exactly a budget option,, but you get what you pay for.

Check-in was easy thanks to the helpful reception staff who were attentive throughout the stay. The location is ideal, with popular dining spots just a short walk away. The shower was powerful. Although the food options lacked variety, the delicious tapas made up for it.

We used this place as our base to check out the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and the Hanoi Opera House. Super convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was super accommodating, always willing to help us with any questions or bookings we needed.

One minor thing was that the hot water in the shower could have been a bit hotter, but it didn't ruin our stay.
